2. Are there any charges for delivery?
In the interest of the customer we do not take any delivery charges, if your minimum purchase is Rs.499/- . However, if your order is less than Rs. 499/- then we charge a nominal delivery charges of Rs.25/-.
3. Do you have any specific delivery timings?
We deliver order after 24 hours when you placed your order. So you need to place order before you need delivery at your home. Please call customer support center 9044033033/8960066066 if you want to get delivery on specific timing on which you are available to take your order. Our customer care executive will call you for delivery time.
4. What is the minimum order that I need to make?
We deliver your requirement if the minimum amount for the order is Rs. 100. With a minimum delivery charges of Rs.25/-
5. How can I place an order?

6. How do you manage, if the products I, ordered are not available?
We try our best effort to fulfill your order, But Sometimes there may be few products which would be out of stock. We provide you a choice of substitute for these products. In case you are not happy with the alternate product, you may return that product to our delivery executive at the time of delivery.

8. What kind of payment options do you have?
In the interest of customer, we offer only one payment option “CASH ON DELIVERY”. Customer will pay to delivery man after checking all delivered product.
9. How to return the products that I, don?t need?
We value your choice and also ensure to make the return process as simple as possible, if you are not satisfied with the products, you may return the product before signing the shipment advice. You have to sign a feedback form when you return the products and please mention your reason for rejection. Money will not be refund for this product. You can get another subsitute item with the same cost. For delivery of this returned product will subject a minimum Rs.25 as delivery charge. We do not entertain the return of goods after the shipment is signed and the delivery van is left from your place.
10. What if my delivery is missing?
Our delivery executive will leave you a note of attempt made to deliver your order with date and time. Please get in touch with our customer service representative on the helpline number for arranging a second delivery schedule at your convenient timing, which is subject a minimum Rs.25 as delivery charge.
11. Do I, need to register with you for placing the order?
Registration is not mandatory, however you can still place an order with a Guest Login.
Please note: Registration is absolutely free and simple too.
12. What is the registration process ?
Registration is easy. Simply click on the ?SIGN IN / REGISTER? link on the Top right hand side column of the homepage. The registration page will appear, Fill in the appropriate fields and click submit button after completion.
13. How do I change my password?
Go to my account page, navigate through your personal information and you can change your password.
14. Can I search for a specific product?
Search Box: There are a number of ways to search for products. In the search box you can type product name or brand and then click to search.
Search Box: Type in the product and click enter.
SHOP BY DEPARTMENT: On top left under supermaket log, you see “SHOP BY DEPARTMENT” button. Click on small white triangle on this button. You can select particular department according to your need like Grocery, Household, Personnel Care, Babay Needs, Confectionery and Biscuits etc.
Search By Filter: On Left side menu on product page you can select filters like you can select filter by weight 1kg items if you want only 1 kg weights products. Or also set price range too. You may also used other filter to search product same way.
15. What is the mode of placing an order?
Kiranaondoor.com grocery store is very interactive and user friendly. To place an order select the items you require and click the ADD TO CART button. After you have selected all your items proceed to checkout. After this point you can either login as a registered user or check out as guest. Once the order is placed you will receive an email confirming the order. Our Tele Caller will approch you for order processing.
16. How do I add and amend my cart?
Continue clicking the plus button ‘+’ to increase the quantity or click the minus button ‘-‘ to decrease the quantity until the desired amount is displayed.
17. What kind of payment modes do you have?
For customer convenience, We accept the “Cash on Delivery” method of payments. At the time of delivery of product customer will sign a recieving slip.
18. Do I, get a confirmation for the order I, placed?
Once you check out after making payment. The system will generate an order number for all the confirmed orders and you will receive the confirmation through email.
19. How safe is to transact with Kiranaondoor.com?
As we are taking cash on delivery payment method. So customer transection is absolutely risk free. We receive payment at the time of delivery. We do not store your credit card information in our site.
20. What if I, want to cancel my order?
In case if you feel that you need to cancel your order. Please call our customer helpline number and request to cancel it. All orders can be cancelled a day before delivery by 7:00 PM.
21. I have a problem in adding and deleting from the cart?
If you’re having problems adding or removing items from your basket we would advise you to delete your temporary internet files.
